Tony joined Acento in 2000. He brings a deep knowledge of media issues and familiarity with the programming and strengths of media channels across the Hispanic U.S. and Latin America media landscape. His experience includes Allstate Insurance Co., American Honda, Wells Fargo Bank, Staples, Washington Mutual, KFC, Time Warner Cable, Shell Oil, Epson, Supervalu, Black & Decker, CSK Auto, 21st Century Insurance, ConocoPhillips among others.
Prior to Acento Advertising, Tony was the Associate Media Director at La Agencia de Orci, where he spent 10 years in channel planning and buying. He was responsible for the strategic media direction of all the agency accounts. His training at Orci also included stints as an Account Executive and Traffic Supervisor.
Tony holds a BA in Marketing from National University, Los Angeles campus, and has also taken courses in marketing from UCLA. He is a member of the Outdoor Advertising Association of America (OAAA) multicultural committee. Tony has been a judge for the AHAA Hispanic Media Planning Awards and the OAAA Outdoor Planning Awards.
